Elastocalx is manufactured from a highly elastic silicone mix. The viscosity of the material ensures that the stresses on the heel, whether engaged in sport, standing or walking, are gently intercepted and distributed over the entire area of the back of the foot. Elastocalx may be worn in ordinary shoes.

For supination or pronation in cases of valgus or varus deformity of the heel. The change of the wedge shape from medial to lateral, on either foot, can be achieved by simple exchange.
