Indications:

• Ulnar lateral ligament lesion of metacarophalangeal joint 1 (MCP 1), e.g. ski thumb
• Partial immobilisation of the radial wrist, thumb saddle joint and base joint of the thumb in case of saddle arthrosis
• Arthrosis of the radial wrist and of MCP 1
• Navicular pseudarthrosis
