An angle from the foot to the lower leg amounting to between 20 and 30° is ideal.First guide bracing element A upwards in a vertical manner, then over the back of the foot, above the medial malleolus and around the lower leg whilst applying tension. Then secure the bracing element onto the hook element attached to the rear of the brace.

Fasten bracing element B in the opposite direction to bracing element A. First guide bracing element B upwards in a vertical manner, then over the back of the foot, above the lateral malleolus and around the lower leg whilst applying tension. Then fasten bracing element B onto bracing element A via the hook element attached to the rear of the brace.
